We follow standard Euro sizes. There are couple of ways you can easily check your size;

Check your shoes for Euro size. Most shoes already displays them but please ensure the shoes you are referring for size are a proper fit on your feet!
If you already own a Jutti, measure the length of that Jutti and send it to us via WhatsApp at +61-478-489-470. We can assist you further from there!
Measure the length of your foot :
- Place your foot on a white sheet of paper.
- Draw a line at the tip of your big toe and tip of heel.
- Measure the distance between the two lines in cm's.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the bigger size.

We accept exchanges for size or style changes within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

Exchanges: Customers can return their pair and place a new order for the desired size or design. A return label can be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds: Issued once the returned item passes quality inspection.
Sizing Note: For certain styles like kolhapuris, we recommend sizing up for a better fit.
